Ben van Well (BVW) runs an interactive design agency that specializes in web & print design, web development, custom applications, and consulting services. The website, www.benvanwell.co.uk ("BVW ONLINE"), provides visitors and clients ("USERS") information about the company and its services. The website may occasionally feature surveys, contests, polls, etc& USERS may occasionally use the website to register for special elements offered on BVW ONLINE.
USERS of BVW ONLINE must comply with all of the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement. The right to view and use BVW ONLINE is personal to the individual USER. The USER is responsible for all use of BVW ONLINE, including registering or participating in any interactive features.
By visiting BVW ONLINE, USERS agree that the use of BVW ONLINE is at the USERS' sole risk. BVW ONLINE is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error free. BVW ONLINE is available on an "as is" basis. BVW is not liable for any damages or injury caused by BVW ONLINE performance failure, connection failure, error, interruption, deletion, virus, etc...
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
BVW has the right to modify or eliminate any feature on BVW ONLINE, including content, functionality, supported platforms / browsers / applications / etc, or equipment needed for access and use.
BVW has the right to modify the terms and conditions applicable to USERS. BVW will not notify the USER if the terms and conditions are altered. The USER is responsible to check back with this agreement to see if it has been updated. Concluding all terms and conditions, the date of the last update will be provided.
EQUIPMENT
USERS are responsible for possessing all materials required to access BVW ONLINE, including computer hardware and Internet service providers. BVW is not liable for any malfunctions or problems with the USERS' materials for (or after) accessing BVW ONLINE.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
BVW respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our USERS to do the same. USERS shall not copy, use, modify, publish, or transmit BVW materials, such as text, graphics, photos, animations, audio, video, etc& for commercial use. USERS do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading BVW materials. USERS must seek written permission for the use of any BVW ONLINE materials.
LINKS
BVW ONLINE may provide, links to other websites or resources. BVW ONLINE has no control over such websites and resources, so BVW is not responsible for the availability, content, products, services, advertisements, etc& on other websites.
GIVE AWAYS
BVW may on occasion offer free services or products, which are available on a "first come, first serve" basis. Since these free services or products are limited in quantity, not every USER who requests to receive one will get one. BVW is not liable if a free service or product becomes unavailable to the USER.
